What FEAST II is
FEAST II consists of one or two multitasking work samples: RADAR and sometimes MULTI-PASS. In the EUROCONTROL leaflet from 2022 the radar test is called DART. According to EUROCONTROL, each of them takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
At LFV in Sweden, FEAST II comes about two weeks after FEAST I and takes about five hours. LFV describes it as a chance to feel what it is like to work as an air traffic controller. You do not need an aviation background.

How to practise here
We have two work samples of our own in the same spirit. Strips and routes is a planning exercise with flight strips, estimated times and conflicts. The radar simulation is a sector with traffic on fixed routes, where radio calls, memory codes, gauges and maths tasks arrive at the same time. They are not copies of FEAST II, but they train keeping many things in your head at once.
